Cooling and pump systems restored, engine room cleaned, and a maintenance program put in place.

Rising operating temperatures and salt weeping at multiple hose joints. The vessel had been maintained reactively, with no service record for the raw-water side.
We serviced heat exchangers, replaced seawater pump impellers and worn hoses, renewed clamps to marine spec, and cleaned and painted the bilge so future leaks are visible immediately. A written service interval was set for each component.
Operating temperatures returned to spec and the owner now runs on a documented schedule instead of responding to failures.
